CSR code of conduct

In our business activities and supply chain, we establish this Code of Conduct to ensure that the working environment is safe, workers are treated with respect and dignity, and business activities are conducted in an environmentally responsible and ethical manner.

A.Labor

1)

Freely Chosen Employment/Young Workers

We do not use forced labor or child labor at any stage of manufacturing. In addition, business partners, etc. are also prohibited from doing these things.

2)

Working hours, wages and benefits
Working hours shall not exceed the limits stipulated by local laws, and we shall comply with matters stipulated by local laws regarding wages and benefits.

3)

Elimination of humane treatment and discrimination/harassment
We respect the human rights of all people and do not discriminate or harass based on race, skin color, gender, nationality, language, religion, creed, social origin, etc. We will strive to eliminate discrimination in employment and realize fairness in equal opportunity and treatment.

4)

Freedom of association
We will respect basic labor rights, such as the right to organize and bargain collectively, based on the relevant laws and regulations of each country and region.

B.Health and safety

1)

Occupational Safety, Occupational Accidents and Illnesses, Industrial Hygiene

We will identify safety and health risks, provide safety and health education to workers, and ensure the proper use of protective equipment. We establish and operate procedures for the prevention of occupational accidents and illnesses and systems for reporting, treatment, investigation, and corrective action when they occur.

2)

Preparedness for emergencies
For fires and natural disasters, we will formulate response procedures that place the highest priority on human life and conduct emergency training as required by local laws.

3)

Machine safety measures
Where machinery poses an injury hazard to workers, we install and properly maintain physical guards, interlocks, barriers, etc.

4)

Health and safety communication
We disseminate health and safety related information to all workers in a language they can understand and provide necessary education and training.

C.Environment

1)

Environmental Permits and Reporting, /Hazardous Substances/Solid Waste/Air Emissions/Substance Restrictions.
At each stage of research and development, purchasing, manufacturing, sales, disposal, etc., we comply with domestic and foreign environmental laws and internal regulations and carry out business activities.

2)

Pollution prevention and Resource reduction /Water management/Energy consumption and Greenhouse gas emissions
We strive to prevent pollution that protecting environment of reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, saving energy and resources, waste reduction and reuse, and proper management of chemical substances, etc.

D.Morals

1)

Business Integrity / Elimination of Improper Benefits
We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, extortion and embezzlement of any kind and comply with local anti-corruption laws.

2)

Disclosure of information
We disclose financial information and other important information about our company in a timely and appropriate manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. We prepare financial statements so that the financial position, profit and loss, etc. are displayed correctly based on laws and regulations, corporate accounting principles, accounting standards, etc.

3)

Intellectual Property
We appropriately protect our own intellectual property, respect the rights of others, and protect customer and supplier information.

4)

Fair Business, advertisement and competition
We will not engage in acts that violate the competition laws of each country (cartels, bid rigging, market sharing, etc.) and will always engage in fair and free business competition.

5)

Protection of Identity and Prohibition of retaliation
We ensure confidentiality, anonymity and protection for supplier and employee whistleblowers and maintain system for them to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.

6)

Responsible mineral procuring
When procuring tantalum, tin, tungsten, gold, cobalt, mica, etc. contained in products, we confirm that these minerals are not produced in conflict areas or high-risk areas.

7)

Privacy
When handling the personal information of all people who we do business, including suppliers, customers, consumers, and employees, we comply with the requirements of laws and regulations regarding personal information protection.

E.Management system

1)

Corporate commitment
We contribute to the realization of a low-carbon society through close action with stakeholders, attempt to harmonize the natural environment with our business activities and provide environmentally friendly products.

2)

Management accountability and Responsibility
We identify a management responsible person for definite implementation of the management system and related programs and regularly review the situation of the management system.

3)

Risk assessment and management
We identify external and internal risks and opportunities, determine the relative importance of each risk, and implement suitable procedural management.

4)

Improvement objective
We will set annual objective based on our environmental quality policy and strive to continually improve our processes.

5)

Communication
We will clearly make a procedure and implement external and internal communication methods.

6)

Worker Feedback, Participation and Complaints
We grasp effective information to promote continuous improvement by proceduralizing/implementing internal communication that guarantees worker safety.

7)

Legal and customer requirements, audits and evaluations
We identify laws, regulations and customer requirements and conduct regular internal audits to comply with them.

8)

Corrective action process
For nonconformities identified by internal and external inspections, investigations, and audits, we will take corrective action in a timely manner to prevent recurrence.

9)

Documentation and records
We create and maintain the documents and records necessary to comply with regulations and requirements.

10)

Supplier liability
We also request our business partners (suppliers, manufacturing subcontractors, etc.) to comply with laws and regulations, and ask them to make improvements if there are any deficiencies.
